{"id":25727,"date":"2019-06-02T20:04:55","date_gmt":"2019-06-03T01:04:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=25727"},"modified":"2019-06-02T20:04:57","modified_gmt":"2019-06-03T01:04:57","slug":"intento-matar-a-su-expareja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2019\/06\/02\/intento-matar-a-su-expareja\/","title":{"rendered":"Intent\u00f3 matar a su expareja"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"259\" height=\"194\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/carcel.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25647\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda\npara la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos de G\u00e9nero de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia\ndel estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), acredit\u00f3 ante un juez de control la presunta\nresponsabilidad de un hombre identificado como V\u00edctor Manuel \u201cN\u201d, por el delito\nde tentativa de feminicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos\nque se le imputan al presunto responsable, ocurrieron en abril del 2019, en La\nMisi\u00f3n, en el momento en que la v\u00edctima recibi\u00f3 una agresi\u00f3n con arma de fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con base en\nla denuncia presentada ante esta Procuradur\u00eda, la v\u00edctima y V\u00edctor Manuel \u201cN\u201d,\nhac\u00eda poco tiempo hab\u00edan concluido su relaci\u00f3n sentimental y d\u00edas despu\u00e9s, \u00e9l\nacudi\u00f3 a su domicilio para atacarla con un arma de fuego, lesion\u00e1ndola en el\nojo izquierdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras el\nlamentable ataque, la v\u00edctima solicit\u00f3 ayuda y fue trasladada al Hospital\nGeneral de Jacala, lugar en el que recibi\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado de\nlo ocurrido se dio intervenci\u00f3n a la Fiscal\u00eda para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos de\nG\u00e9nero de la PGJEH, instancia que a trav\u00e9s de su equipo de trabajo reuni\u00f3 los\nelementos necesarios para solicitar al juez de control la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n\nen contra de V\u00edctor Manuel \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicho\nmandamiento judicial fue librado y a trav\u00e9s de la Polic\u00eda Investigadora se\nubic\u00f3 al presunto responsable, quien fue aprehendido y posteriormente\npresentado ante el juez de control, quien, con base en la acusaci\u00f3n planteada\npor el ministerio p\u00fablico, dict\u00f3 su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por su presunta\nresponsabilidad en el delito de tentativa de feminicidio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos de G\u00e9nero de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), acredit\u00f3 ante un juez de control la presunta responsabilidad de un hombre identificado como V\u00edctor Manuel \u201cN\u201d, por el delito de tentativa de feminicidio.
