{"id":24855,"date":"2019-04-17T04:32:36","date_gmt":"2019-04-17T09:32:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=24855"},"modified":"2019-04-17T04:32:37","modified_gmt":"2019-04-17T09:32:37","slug":"modesto-tomas-condenado-por-homicidio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2019\/04\/17\/modesto-tomas-condenado-por-homicidio\/","title":{"rendered":"Modesto Tom\u00e1s condenado por homicidio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"960\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/52158512_619866821795777_635560855211081728_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24856\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/52158512_619866821795777_635560855211081728_n.jpg 720w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/52158512_619866821795777_635560855211081728_n-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>PACHUCA, Hgo. &#8211; La Direcci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n y Litigaci\u00f3n regi\u00f3n oriente, obtuvo sentencia condenatoria de 28 a\u00f1os y nueve meses de prisi\u00f3n en contra de un hombre, por su responsabilidad en el delito de homicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\nacredit\u00f3 ante la autoridad judicial, que el ahora sentenciado, identificado\ncomo Modesto Tom\u00e1s \u201cN\u201d, consigui\u00f3 que la v\u00edctima saliera de su domicilio y en\nlas inmediaciones de&nbsp; terrenos de\ncultivo, ubicados sobre la carrera Pachuca- Ciudad Sahag\u00fan lo atac\u00f3 con\nproyectiles de arma de fuego. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una\nvez que agentes del Ministerio P\u00fablico y la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n tomaron\nconocimiento de los hechos, dieron inicio las investigaciones necesarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recabados\nlos indicios, el Ministerio P\u00fablico los present\u00f3 ante el Juzgado\ncorrespondiente, obteniendo la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra Modesto Tom\u00e1s\n\u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agentes\nde la Polic\u00eda Investigadora dieron cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n y\nentonces el imputado fue presentado ante el juez correspondiente, quien con los\nelementos expuestos por la Procuradur\u00eda, dict\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el\ndelito de homicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente\na la autoridad judicial, se acredit\u00f3 que el agresor dispar\u00f3 a la cabeza de la\nv\u00edctima, priv\u00e1ndolo de la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agotadas\nlas etapas del proceso penal, el Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento encontr\u00f3 culpable a\nModesto Tom\u00e1s \u201cN\u201d, por el delito homicidio, fij\u00e1ndole una sentencia de 28 a\u00f1os\ny nueve meses de prisi\u00f3n y el pago por la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PACHUCA, Hgo. &#8211; La Direcci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n y Litigaci\u00f3n regi\u00f3n oriente, obtuvo sentencia condenatoria de 28 a\u00f1os y nueve meses de prisi\u00f3n en contra de un hombre, por su responsabilidad en el delito de homicidio.
