Guevara Mu\u00f1oz<br \/>\nPor instrucciones del Gobernador del estado de Hidalgo, esta tarde Israel F\u00e9lix Soto, Secretario Ejecutivo de la Pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica Estatal, dio posesi\u00f3n a Jos\u00e9 Luis Guevara Mu\u00f1oz como nuevo Secretario de Movilidad y Transporte estatal en sustituci\u00f3n de Rufino H  Le\u00f3n Tovar, quien present\u00f3 su renuncia a dicho puesto con car\u00e1cter de irrevocable por motivos personales.<br \/>\nEn su intervenci\u00f3n el secretario Israel F\u00e9lix, mencion\u00f3 que el Gobernador le solicit\u00f3 ser el conducto para externar un reconocimiento a Rufino H Le\u00f3n Tovar, por la labor desempe\u00f1ada al frente de esta dependencia, ya que a su paso por la misma logr\u00f3 impulsar diversas acciones que han contribuido al cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados en su administraci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nAsimismo, manifest\u00f3 que Jos\u00e9 Luis Guevara Mu\u00f1oz cuenta con la experiencia y trayectoria en el servicio p\u00fablico necesaria para desempe\u00f1ar este nuevo encargo lo que permitir\u00e1 obtener resultados acordes a la visi\u00f3n y compromiso del Gobernador, trabajando con honestidad, entrega y profesionalismo.<br \/>\nPor su parte, Jos\u00e9 Luis Guevara Mu\u00f1oz, quien hasta el d\u00eda de ayer se desempe\u00f1aba como Director General del Instituto Hidalguense para el Desarrollo Municipal (INDEMUN), agradeci\u00f3 la confianza del Gobernador Constitucional del Estado, para nombrarlo en esta encomienda, al tiempo que manifest\u00f3 su gratitud a \u00e9l y al Secretario de Gobierno, Sim\u00f3n Vargas Aguilar, por el apoyo recibido durante su encargo al frente del INDEMUN.<br \/>\nFinalmente, Guevara Mu\u00f1oz extern\u00f3 su reconocimiento a Rufino H Le\u00f3n Tovar, dese\u00e1ndole el mayor de los \u00e9xitos en sus proyectos personales y profesionales, y se comprometi\u00f3 a seguir impulsando la pol\u00edtica de movilidad y el transporte con profesionalismo y
