{"id":17894,"date":"2018-05-25T17:16:53","date_gmt":"2018-05-25T22:16:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=17894"},"modified":"2018-05-25T17:19:00","modified_gmt":"2018-05-25T22:19:00","slug":"violador-fue-vinculado-a-proceso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2018\/05\/25\/violador-fue-vinculado-a-proceso\/","title":{"rendered":"Violador fue vinculado a proceso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/J.C.M.R..jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/J.C.M.R.-236x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"236\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-17895\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/J.C.M.R.-236x300.jpg 236w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/J.C.M.R..jpg 658w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 236px) 100vw, 236px\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/J.C.M.R..jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/J.C.M.R.-236x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"236\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-17895\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/J.C.M.R.-236x300.jpg 236w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/J.C.M.R..jpg 658w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 236px) 100vw, 236px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>HUEJUTLA, Hgo.- La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), mediante la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Derechos Humanos y Servicios a la Comunidad, obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de un hombre, por el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos que son materia de la imputaci\u00f3n ocurrieron el pasado 20 de abril, en la Localidad de Tehuetl\u00e1n, municipio de Huejutla, cuando la v\u00edctima de ocho a\u00f1os de edad, se encontraba durmiendo dentro de su habitaci\u00f3n, situaci\u00f3n que el agresor aprovech\u00f3 para agredirla sexualmente, ante la ausencia de la madre de la menor.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con los datos recabados, la infante se encontraba durmiendo en su habitaci\u00f3n cuando despert\u00f3 al sentir que el ahora vinculado le quitaba la ropa para posteriormente violarla.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que esta representaci\u00f3n social conoci\u00f3 de los hechos a trav\u00e9s del inicio de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, el Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Derechos Humanos y Servicios a la Comunidad integr\u00f3 la carpeta y se alleg\u00f3 de elementos para solicitar al Juez de control librara la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de J.C.M.R., misma que fue otorgada por la autoridad judicial y cumplimentada por agentes de la polic\u00eda investigadora.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la audiencia inicial, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al plazo constitucional de 72 horas, por lo que el Juez le impuso como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva por dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>En la continuaci\u00f3n de la audiencia, el Juez de control dict\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de  J.C.M.R., por el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada, en contra de la menor de edad, dictando un plazo de cinco meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HUEJUTLA, Hgo.- La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), mediante la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Derechos Humanos y Servicios a la Comunidad, obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de un hombre, por el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada.
