General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) acredit\u00f3 ante el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Hidalgo (TSJH), la responsabilidad de una mujer en los delitos de homicidio en grado de tentativa y privaci\u00f3n ilegal de la libertad, en contra de una mujer adulta y su hija de dos meses de edad.<br \/>\nLos hechos que fueron materia de la imputaci\u00f3n, tuvieron lugar el pasado 13 de enero del 2017 en Tepeji del R\u00edo, sitio en donde la ahora sentenciada de iniciales L.F.M.G., de 26 a\u00f1os de edad, atac\u00f3 a su v\u00edctima de iniciales M.Y.G.V., y a su hija de dos meses de edad, a quien antes de darse a la fuga abandon\u00f3 sobre la autopista M\u00e9xico\u2013Quer\u00e9taro.<br \/>\nPor lo ocurrido, la PGJEH a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a la unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n y Litigaci\u00f3n de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n poniente, inici\u00f3 la correspondiente carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y de inmediato un grupo multidisciplinario de esta instituci\u00f3n realiz\u00f3 las indagatorias.<br \/>\nCon base en elementos de prueba obtenidos por esta representaci\u00f3n social a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Servicios Periciales y de la Direcci\u00f3n  General de la Polic\u00eda Investigadora, el Ministerio P\u00fablico solicit\u00f3 al Juez de control liberara la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de L.F.M.G.<br \/>\nDerivado de labores de inteligencia emprendidas por la Polic\u00eda Investigadora de esta Procuradur\u00eda, el 19 enero del 2017 se dio cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de la agresora, quien fue puesta bajo la responsabilidad de la autoridad judicial.<br \/>\nLuego de agotar todas las etapas del proceso penal, el Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento del TSJH, dict\u00f3 fallo condenatorio en contra de L.F.M.G., de 12 a\u00f1os, 9 meses y 11 d\u00edas de prisi\u00f3n, por los delitos de homicidio en grado de tentativa y
