sensibilizar e involucrar a la poblaci\u00f3n estudiantil a participar en temas de Conciliaci\u00f3n, se llevaron a cabo Pl\u00e1ticas de Mediaci\u00f3n dirigidas a alumnos de educaci\u00f3n secundaria en Pachuca y Mineral de la Reforma.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tLas Jornadas de Conciliaci\u00f3n estuvieron a cargo de Juan Manuel Lobo Niembro, consultor en temas de Conciliaci\u00f3n Comunicaci\u00f3n (Programaci\u00f3n neuroling\u00fc\u00edstica), Negociaci\u00f3n, Colaboraci\u00f3n y Mediaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tLas Jornadas se impartieron a alumnos de primer, segundo y tercer grado de las escuelas secundarias General no. 2 \u201cJaime Sabines\u201d, secundaria General no. 1 \u201cP\u00e1nfilo Mercado Samperio\u201d del municipio de Mineral de la Reforma y la telesecundaria no. 701 del municipio de Pachuca.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tDurante las pl\u00e1ticas se tuvo una participaci\u00f3n de 360 alumnos, 28 docentes y 21 padres de familia de los tres planteles educativos,  quienes conocieron los alcances del manejo de herramientas de Negociaci\u00f3n y Mediaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tRealizar este tipo de pl\u00e1ticas enfocadas a estudiantes sobre la conciliaci\u00f3n y la mediaci\u00f3n permite construir una red de personas con habilidades y vocaci\u00f3n, para construir una convivencia inclusiva, la cultura de paz y la promoci\u00f3n de los
