{"id":17350,"date":"2018-04-27T00:59:39","date_gmt":"2018-04-27T05:59:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=17350"},"modified":"2018-04-27T00:59:39","modified_gmt":"2018-04-27T05:59:39","slug":"acreditan-responsabilidad-a-un-ladron","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2018\/04\/27\/acreditan-responsabilidad-a-un-ladron\/","title":{"rendered":"Acreditan responsabilidad a un ladr\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/I-C-O.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/I-C-O-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-17351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/I-C-O-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/I-C-O-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/I-C-O-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/I-C-O-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/I-C-O-160x160.jpg 160w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/I-C-O.jpg 1066w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nZEMPOALA, Hgo.- El Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia a del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH),  acredit\u00f3 ante el Juez de control del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Hidalgo (TSJH), la presunta relaci\u00f3n de un hombre en el delito de robo calificado agravado.<br \/>\nLos hechos que fueron materia de la imputaci\u00f3n ocurrieron el 26 de diciembre del 2017, en la localidad de San Antonio Oxtoyuca, en Zempoala, de donde presuntamente, empleados de un establecimiento comercial robaron 150 mil pesos.<br \/>\nCon base en la informaci\u00f3n obtenida, se presume que trabajadores de una tortiller\u00eda denominada \u201cMacrina\u201d, arrebataron de las manos de su v\u00edctima, quien es la propietaria del negocio, una bolsa que conten\u00eda el dinero en efectivo, para despu\u00e9s salir huyendo.<br \/>\nDerivado de los hechos, la v\u00edctima inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n en la PGJEH y el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a la Direcci\u00f3n General de Investigaci\u00f3n y Litigaci\u00f3n de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n oriente, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Polic\u00eda Investigadora y la Direcci\u00f3n General de Servicios Periciales, recabaron los medios de prueba, una vez que se contaba con ellos, fue solicitada la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra del presunto, quien est\u00e1 identificado con las iniciales I.C.O.<br \/>\nEl mandamiento judicial fue otorgado por el Juez de control y cumplimentado por la Polic\u00eda Investigadora de la PGJEH.<br \/>\nPosteriormente, en audiencia inicial el Ministerio P\u00fablico formul\u00f3 ante el Juez la imputaci\u00f3n en contra de I. C.
