Hgo.- Pedro Celestino P\u00e9rez Flores, secretario general municipal de Mineral de la Reforma, inform\u00f3 que durante la tarde de ayer se present\u00f3 en la Procuradur\u00eda General de la  Justicia  del  Estado del Hidalgo, a realizar la denuncia correspondiente; tras los hechos registrados en la alcald\u00eda municipal, mismas que involucran a  integrantes de la Federaci\u00f3n de Organizaciones  Independientes del Estado de  Hidalgo, FOIDEH.<br \/>\nPrecis\u00f3 que el gobierno municipal esta abierto al dialogo y es respetuoso del derecho a la libre manifestaci\u00f3n;  sin embargo cuando se violenta el estado de derecho del municipio;  afectando el quehacer de la administraci\u00f3n; as\u00ed como a la ciudadan\u00eda que el d\u00eda de ayer acudi\u00f3 a la alcald\u00eda para realizar alg\u00fan tr\u00e1mite y no pudo realizarlo, porque los manifestantes no permitieron el acceso a la alcald\u00eda.<br \/>\nAunado a esta violaci\u00f3n y falta de respeto por la instituci\u00f3n;  se suma la agresi\u00f3n directa vivida por el propio secretario municipal quien fue v\u00edctima de agresiones verbales y f\u00edsicas.- \u201cDebemos todos los ciudadanos de respetar la ley y a las instituciones, no podemos permitir que haya quienes las violenten\u201d recalc\u00f3.<br \/>\nPor lo que lo que se inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, bajo el numer\u00f3  \u00fanico  de caso: 12\/2017-15436, en contra de Oscar Pelcastre Almanza alias \u201cEl Perro\u201d o quien o quienes resulten responsables. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Violentaron el estado de derecho Mineral de la Reforma;
