{"id":11184,"date":"2017-10-02T11:15:58","date_gmt":"2017-10-02T16:15:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=11184"},"modified":"2017-10-02T11:15:58","modified_gmt":"2017-10-02T16:15:58","slug":"cubano-preso-por-violar-a-una-hidalguense","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2017\/10\/02\/cubano-preso-por-violar-a-una-hidalguense\/","title":{"rendered":"Cubano preso por violar a una hidalguense"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/thumbnail_R.G.A.F.-Violaci\u00f3n-agravada.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/thumbnail_R.G.A.F.-Violaci\u00f3n-agravada-213x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"213\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-11185\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/thumbnail_R.G.A.F.-Violaci\u00f3n-agravada-213x300.jpg 213w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/thumbnail_R.G.A.F.-Violaci\u00f3n-agravada.jpg 611w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 213px) 100vw, 213px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nOcurri\u00f3 en Paseos de Chavarr\u00eda<br \/>\nPachuca Hgo.- La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) a trav\u00e9s de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Derechos Humanos y Servicios a la Comunidad, obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de un hombre, por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada.<br \/>\nLos hechos ocurrieron en el fraccionamiento Paseos de Chavarr\u00eda, municipio de Mineral de la Reforma, el 27 de junio del 2017, cuando el ahora imputado de iniciales R.G.A.F. y de nacionalidad cubana, lleg\u00f3 al domicilio que compart\u00eda con la v\u00edctima, entonces comenz\u00f3 a insultarla y la oblig\u00f3 a tener relaciones sexuales con \u00e9l.<br \/>\nLa v\u00edctima de iniciales A.G.H. acudi\u00f3 al Centro de Justicia para Mujeres, donde inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente en el distrito judicial de Pachuca, la cual fue enviada a la subprocuradur\u00eda antes mencionada para su integraci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nEl agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico (MP) adscrito a Subprocuradur\u00eda de Derechos Humanos y Servicios a la Comunidad, orden\u00f3 los dict\u00e1menes periciales correspondientes y cuando tuvo el resultado de los mismos, solicit\u00f3 al Juez la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, misma que fue otorgada y cumplida por agentes de la Polic\u00eda Investigadora.<br \/>\nPosteriormente se llev\u00f3 a cabo la audiencia inicial en la que el MP, formul\u00f3 acusaci\u00f3n formal en contra de R.G.A.F. y se obtuvo su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<br \/>\nEl imputado interpuso el recurso de apelaci\u00f3n contra el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n, el cual fue negado.
